Pipistrelle Support Services was created by Rachel and Ryan Parry in 2025.
We aim to offer personalised and affordable support to get your back-of-house functions in top form, so that you can concentrate on what you do best. We specialise in supporting small and medium charities, but we can support many other types of organisation. Rachel and Ryan are from the South-East of England, but now live in the beautiful Rhubarb Triangle near Leeds, West Yorkshire, with their two dogs. They run the business remotely so they can work with organisations across the UK.

Rachel Parry
Director of Client Operations & Training
Rachel has worked in project management and operations within charities and non-profits since 2014. She enjoys supporting mission-driven organisations to thrive and decided to enter the world of consultancy in order to work with a broader range of organisations. She now delivers operations support, bookkeeping and training to organisations through the business. Rachel is also a Trustee for the Conflict and Environment Observatory (CEOBS)
Ryan Parry
Director of Accounting Services
Ryan is an ACCA qualified accountant with over a decade of experience in the corporate sector, working with multi-national companies in a variety of roles. Ryan’s experience with management and statutory accounts makes him perfectly suited to support you with all your financial needs. Ryan has provided pro-bono support to charities throughout his career, before setting up Pipistrelle with Rachel to focus solely on this sector. He is licenced and regulated by AAT to provide accountancy services.
